We have used Power House for three projects and have been extremely happy with the results. As a real estate photographer, I have had the chance to see hundreds of remodeled homes. Responsible quality company. They did an amazing install for my mother-in-law’s house in Ahwatukee. Her house is on a slab foundation, the flooring team did a great job ensuring the slab was level and sealed properly before laying the new flooring. 10/10 would recommend. Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Power House Remodeling is definitely Top Notch! Highly recommend When junior came to check out what was happening, he even checked an area that previous roofers from another company had done (we refused to have them return when we had another issue come up!) only to find out, by pictures junior had taken, that it was poorly done. I liked the fact that pictures were taken of what was going on with this issue and he could actually show us what the problem was and how it would be taken care of. Junior is so so kind and, we feel, very fair in pricing! As we found out from previous roofers, you get what you pay for. Junior even had his roofers come out a day earlier than scheduled because of rain coming on our scheduled day! Like I said, this is a Top Notch company and we are extremely pleased! Power House is definitely our roofing company for any other roofing issues that may come in the future! Thank you junior & team for a great job and clean up well done!! :) :)

After many years of consideration we finally decided to remodel our home—kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and new flooring throughout.
